Patron Identification

Students, faculty, and administrative staff must present a Carson-Newman identification card to borrow or renew materials. Identification cards are issued to students during registration periods. Faculty and staff members may obtain identification cards from the student affairs office. Lost cards may be replaced for a fee at the student affairs office.

Free non-student library cards may be issued to Carson-Newman College trustees, alumni, area pastors and denominational employees, and immediate family members of Carson-Newman College faculty, staff, and administration. Area residents and other library users may purchase non-student library cards for $10 per calendar year. Non-student cards are issued only by a librarian or the circulation support staff member.
