Periodicals
The Library has current subscriptions to approximately 600 periodical titles in print format. These and back files of titles no longer received, are shelved in alphabetical order by title on the shelves that go along the periphery of the room on the third floor. They may be bound like a book, left as individual unbound issues, or on microfilm. The most recent issues of our periodical titles are kept on the display shelves. The full text or image of about 9000 periodical titles is available electronically through a variety of databases.

Specialized subject indexes provide access to articles published in the more specialized journals unique to that field (as opposed to popular magazines). Most of our indexes are now available electronically. (See our database page on the library web site.)

Three group study rooms are also located on this floor.
